Can not find path C\VIDIZMO\Cache\ContentFiles - configuring Wowza storage using Setup Wizard

Symptom​

After configuring Wowza storage in your portal using Setup Wizard, you may encounter the following error when Transcoding workflow fails:

Can not find path C\VIDIZMO\Cache\ContentFiles

Cause​

This problem occurs mostly when incorrect configuration details are entered while configuring Wowza media cache source.

Resolution​

To fix this issue, make sure while configuring Media Cache Source in Wowza Streaming Engine Server, you have entered the correct Prefix and Base Path.

Prefix is supposed to be your tenant ID appended with a forward slash such as "5974/", and your base path is supposed to be your network path appended with the tenant ID as well, such as "//MyComputer/Content/5974/".
